Typo Gremlins

Typo gremlins hide beneath computer keys, sneaking out to steal words from the inattentive typist. They love puns and homonyms, and will often misdirect and rearrange letters, just for a laugh.

The typo gremlins live inside
computer keyboards,
where they hide
and wait to play their mischief on
restless, distracted, up-till-dawn
typists who just won't perceive
the gremlins' presence,
till they leave.

Exchanged letters, puns absurd,
homonyms and garbled words,
the gremlins love to take away
signs of intelligence and display
distracted, misplaced or confused
typos by which they're amused.
